Compensation: Total First-Year Package: $172.5k – $206.5k
- Base Salary: $150k – $175k
- Bonus Plan: 15% Target Bonus ($22.5k – $31.5k)

About the Role
As the Project Manager – Controls & Excitation Systems, you’ll lead cross-functional teams delivering control systems for nuclear and conventional power facilities. With responsibility for profit/loss, schedule performance, and customer satisfaction, you’ll oversee:
- Complex Projects: Design, manufacturing, testing, installation, and commissioning of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), PLCs, and Static Excitation Systems (SES).
- Critical Equipment: Control of gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSGs, and generators.
- Key Deliverables: Planning, scope definition, schedule tracking, risk management, and financial reporting.
- Team Leadership: Directing project engineering teams and managing electrical contractors.
Your first project will involve managing four nuclear units on a groundbreaking Canadian project, scheduled to run until at least 2034.
Your Expertise
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of PM experience with complex control, instrumentation, or electrical systems projects.
- Hands-on nuclear project management experience in the U.S. or Canada.
- Proven expertise in managing electrical contractors and project engineering teams.
- Exceptional financial, budget tracking, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with CSA N299.2 standards.
Basic knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (T3000, PCS7) and Static Excitation Systems (SES) such as Siemens Thyripol or WDR.
- Experience with Clarizen OnePM, and/or SAP is a plus
